yes, the steering wheel position is quite a common fault here in London, most cars suffer from it, even porsches .
Thanks for the comments though

u can get pretty much everything u need at www.carnewal.com

Gert is always very helpful & fast shipping.

here is what i think:

black steering wheel with carbon
shifter & hand brake handle in carbon (alu included )
carbon center console both upper & lower pieces
carbon door trim pieces
carbon side air vents

lots of money... but worth to spend IMO

i don't know guys. the car, as i previously said, is pretty damn nice. i am personally not a fan of all the carbon. i would just buy the car, drive it, and enjoy the turbo power.

Trust me, if the location of the wheel was any different , I would be the one that looks a little odd here

A few more positive comments like this, and I may just buy the car this week.

Stephen, you could pull the grey interior in your car and replace it with lipstick red (which is much better than Boxster red in my opinion) and then we could call your car the "McDonalds" car... Hmmm maybe even some additional adverising gigs would open up?

Missed you at Pub Night, did the walls come down OK?

Petert and all,

Thank you for your post. Very informative. (Like the analogy with blondes )

To help me make my final purchase choice (can not wait to get my hands on one now), I have located an almost identical car (Age/mileage/condition/price wise) but blk/blk.

The difference is: the car with red interior has. in addition, Sat-Nav, Phone module, CD-Changer and PDC (rear park distance control).

So if I go for the red-interior car, I will get the above equipment effectively for no extra charge.

The black interior is so tempting, red interior also looks like a lot of fun.
Given the above added equipment, I am leaning towards Red!

RED!! RED!! RED!!

the sat nav system and cd changer are both great features worth over $4000. besides, everybody has blk/blk--how dull can you get its a turbo not a benz!

I really like the color combo especially with teh balck mats. I almost bought a black Cabrio, black top and teh red interior. The black carpets are what the dealer calls deviating color. Black stictch would look hot!!
