Default Tire size chart

Does anyone have a chart that shows tire size in inches so I can pick a combination that will not be in conflict with the AWD function?

As long as you can do math, use the Tirerack tire specs page and compare the revs per mile - a difference between front and rear tire that is greater than 1% radius is not advised.

And you want more revs in the rear than front.

You'll want to look at the tire sizes individually as each manufacture and actual tire model can vary in size even if they are the same "size" (eg 305/30R19). Tire rack has a good wealth of info on this when you look at the individual models of tires. Click "specs" after going to the link below to see the data tirerack has. Just find the tire models your interested in.

example: https://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires...omCompare1=yes

Great information guys thanks. According to the chart the stock sizes are a difference of 2.9%. Can that be true?

That does not sound right. What stock sizes are you comparing? And what tire brand/model?

No brand in particular, stock size is 245/40 front 295/30 rear. The difference came from this chart https://www.tacomaworld.com/tirecalc...5r19-295-30r19

The chart shows 1.9% difference with the sizes on my car. Fine tuned with specific tires will of course show some differences but 2.9% for stock sizes is huge and no tire brand will bring it down to the 1% difference limit. Can't speak for the validly of the calculator.

Math is not a strength I possess, so to find the percent difference in revs per mile do I divide the larger number by the smaller?

Michelin pilots are what on my car and according to the specs:
225/40/19 = 797rpm
305/30/19= 788rpm......the difference is .9887

Oops...you are correct, .5% is what the chart states.

Looking hard for answers very time consuming. The add is not available deleted after purchase. I tried to post a picture last night but they are too big, it does look good and seems solid. I don't want to drive it until I get the suspension/height sorted out, didn't realize the tire size was an issue so that is my focus then to truline for suspension massaging.

What is going on at Redmond Town Center Exotics?

305/30ZR19 wont fit with normal suspension. The tire is too tall. Its possible with lots of suspension changes. Not worth it.
