Default Tire Question -- Three Possible Alternatives

For dry road driving only, which do you think is the most adhesive tire:

Bridgestone Potenza S-03 Pole Position

Michelin Pilot Sport PS2

Yokohama AVS Sport

Other

For this potential application I need 20" tires.

Thank you.

I have heard very good things about the S0-3's.... I hate my conti's....will be trying Yoko's next time around but I really want the PS2's, S03's or someone else to start making 315's

IMHO they have the worst grip of any tire I have ever driven on...tires just slide....

I've not tracked my car since switching to Cont's- so the lack of ultimate dry grip hasn't been noticed. I'll guess that it's related to increased hardness or wear factor, since mine aren'tshowing much wear after 14,000 street and highway miles (high average speeds but fewer corners here in the midwest), and the noise isn't significantly worse either. It's probably idiosyncratic, but I don't mind sliding on the track. Have you ever tried a Lotus Elise on street Pirelli's? You an easily drift it on a highway entrance ramp- a function of surprisingly low dry grip. AS
