enjoy your new cars. you have provided some excellent responses to questions asked on here. It was especially helpful when purchasing.
Curious did you trade your Porsches to the mini dealer?
again enjoy the new cars and happy new year!

Thats a shock, hope you come back and visit from time to time. I used your buying checklist when I bought my Porsche. 5 years later, in still here and love the car more than ever. Thanks for your contributions to our little "ugly headlight" party

Hope to see you around, and thank you!

Macster , I cannot believe you're leaving the Porsche fold altogether in one hit ! Wow ! After so many posts, I never thought it would come to this.

I too have recently sold the Turbo but have a GT4 to fill in the gap.

Enjoy your new cars, all the best.

I would say that your departure is a loss, but that would be selfish, and instead I wish you the very best in the future, whatever marque you choose to drive, and wherever!

I am mostly a "BMW-person," although that brand is giving me precious little reason to stay in the fold. I have an M2 on order, and we shall see.

Best wishes for 2018, and the future beyond, whatever and wherever you drive it!

Your contributions will be missed, Macster.

I hope you will still occasionally drop by as "member emeritus."

Should have done exactly what you did, except kept at least one Porsche.

Default Thanks for the kind words and sentiment..

Tough leaving but without a Turbo (or a Boxster -- once I get it back from the shop and deliver it to its new owner) I really have nothing to contribute to the Porsche forums.

Unless you want to hear/read about my Challenger/JCW? Uh, no, you don't. Nothing much happening with either car. And hopefully being new nothing at all happens.

Also, due to the demands of work I'm dialing back my online activities some. Work responsibilities has me buried again. Might come up for air around June or July. In the mean time it is get up and go to work, then come home and go to bed. Repeat. But Sunday I might manage a Challenger oil/filter change. Found all my tools. Got the ramps. Have pieces of wood to help get the car's nose up high enough to climb the ramps. Just need some warm/dry weather.
