Default Why is this part unique on the X50?

Ordering some new plastics to replace my old cracked stuff and noticed this unique different on the front panel.

99657596100 is listed as only for the X50 and all others use the 99657516101. The visual difference appears to be the "Shovel Duct" as sites seem to list it as "Shovel Type Duct for 99657596100 versus "Air Duct" for 99657516101.

Thoughts?

No idea, I noticed it too but only because I was looking at some under-car shots of my last "regular" 996TT. Most dealer online parts diagrams don't even show the X50 version (or even mention the X50). About $12 more if I remember, I went ahead and paid it. I think Auto Atlanta makes a distinction for the X50....
