I just finished installing these pedals on my '03 996TT. They look great. And, as usual, Gert's delivery service is very good. I would recommend both the pedals and Carnewal.
The installation, however, is made much more difficult than it need be, primarily due to incorrect or vague directions and screws that are the wrong size (the right size screw for the footrest requires drilling a larger hole in the aluminum footrest than done by the manufacturer).
I can save anyone interested in installing these pedals a whole lot of time and aggravation by explaining to them, before they get started, the problems, the solutions, and the tools they will need. This could be a 2 hour job done with a little advance knowledge, or it could take all day running back and forth to the store and scratching your head.
If anyone wants this info., please feel free to PM me.
I'd be happy to tell you everything I learned, the hard way!

FYI: The Ruf pedals are pretty cheap directly from Ruf. Seems like mine were only $ 185.00 or $ 225.00 or so. Cannot remeber exact price as I just Fed Exed them a CC authorization. Customs was like $ 60.00.

911Turbo, did you get all four pieces including the footrest? I did, and the screw supplied for the top was half the diameter of the hole it was supposed to go into. Without going into all the details here, the hardware that came with my pedals was not appropriate for the job. Maybe I just got unlucky.
On the other hand, if you got the same kit that I did and you installed all 4 pieces in 30 minutes, congratulations, I'd like to hire you for my next project!

I just received my Carnewal pedal/footrest set. The footrest was easy to install; the accelerator was tougher because of the bottom hole (hard time attaching the nut to the bolt). My question is about positioning of the brake and clutch pedals. They obviously are longer than the stock ones. Where is the best attachment position for these pedals?
Thanks in advance...
