With the dollar being weak, and the distinct possibility that you will pay VAT (Value Added Txaes), I doubt that you will find any bargains in Germany. Note that there are ways to have your VAT refunded if you show the goods and receipts to German customs officials when leaving Germany.
Your best bet is to use Carenwal, a Rennlist sponsor. Great prices (considering the exchange rate, and the VAT is not an issue as the parts are exported.
