Good deal, thanks for the info. Let me know if you ever figure out what they are set to. Its just nice to have that info from peoples setups for some reference point.
My suspension is bone stock right now. I had some funding set aside to get that taken care of this year, but did the coolant line fix and a bunch of extra stuff while we had the engine out. Then at that same time, I came across a set of Recaro seats, harnesses, and roll cage at a price from a friend in the club that was too good to pass up. Poof, bye bye suspension funds haha! Hopefully next season it will come along.

Had sent the car away to get a new clutch setup, and while it was there. I decided to drop the engine and pin the coolant lines too.

Tires mounted! Will report back when I get more miles on the car, but right off the bat, these tires are a lot quieter than the sumis they replaced.
They are also a little taller than my previous setup, so they provide for a much better ride than before!

Hard to beat a set of JRZ suspenders and some BBS/Yoko shoes! Going with the deeper front BBS outers looks really good. Enjoy it safely Joel! Nice to know finally my car has a twin! Cheers!

Thanks John, really could not have got to my "goal" for the car without your expertise and help! Still though... nothing beats your 3.8 CTSR!

Iam amazed that these wheels with that ET fit in the front.
The tire doesnt rub on the outside fender?
I would have expected, that the ET at least had to be ET50 for a 9x18....even more. I would have bought a ET55. If the tire gets too close on the inside you could work with spacers.

Sorry for the late update! They have been very good! Alot quieter than other more "track focused" tires i have encountered.
Have not had a chance to get the car to the track due to work commitments, and the fact that the alignment place i go to, was booked a month out.
But so far, these tires are very promising. I used to have slip/chirps with the old sumi's when am on the gas, but the car has zero drama now with these tires.
Powdrhound was also def right about the tire sizes, the additional side wall, has made for a lot more comfortable drive, and these tires provide significantly more feedback on the road. They do not tramline much. Which is surprising because the tires are both wider front and rear.
They feel a little bit on the softer side, but are actually quieter than the old sumis. there i say, almost Michelin PSS noise.
Wet handling was also great! It wasn't exactly pouring, but more of a drizzle, at around 68 degrees, and the car still instilled confidence.

I will use these Yokos in 255/35 and 295/30 next season.
I do have no choice, since the good 6TTwheel sizes are dying away. The toyos R 888 in 315/30 and 295/30 arent available anymore.
There is no CUP2 or Trofeo R in 255/35
Its really sad...
I do use right now toyos R888 in 235/40 and 315/30. They did peform very well in the wet.
They did perform very good when dry too.
But i guess its better to use 255/ in front for corners. The 295/30 should be fine.

I'm still sticking with the new Toyo R888R.
They were phenomenal @ MMC long road course ~ 4.2 miles plus the 180 mile round trip to & from the track.
No issues & no fake news about unsubtantiated massive blow outs, tire failure etc etc.
