Default Le Mans brakes kit Group buy.

Just wanted to see how many people here are actually interested in getting the Le Mans Brakes kit or the GT Kit upgrade on their car.

Are you talking about the new Brembo system with 15" rotors and 8 piston calipers up front?

2 different set of kits.

*Front 4 Piston with 15" rotors and rear 4 Piston with 12.9" rotors
or * Front 8 Piston with 15" rotors and rear 4 Piston with 12.9" rotors

If you go for the 8 Piston Front kit you need to use a 19" wheels or custom 18"wheels the stock wheel will not work on those 8 Piston Front.

This is what I found on the spec from someone posted on 6speedonline.
Specifications:
- Billet Aluminum Monobloc Calipers With - Titanium Piston Inserts
- Type 3 Angled-Slotted (photo above shows regular slotted) Lightweight Motorsport Discs
- Lightweight Billet Aluminum Hats With
- McLaren F1 Floating Hardware
- Goodridge Stainless Steel Braided Brake Lines
- Aircraft Quality Mounting Brackets and Hardware

Ok here is the price I got for my source $9,500 for the 996TT LeMans (8 Piston) front with 15" rotors and (4 Piston) Rear with 12.9" rotors. We need to order 5 sets to get this price. Please be aware that these parts are directly from US Brembo so it comes with US warranty, unlike any gray market that are offering with no warranty from US Brembo. Anyone interested?

just a thought - any reason why you couldn't move the stock front to the rear on a GT3? Any difference in the mounting points? This would obviously only be applicable for someone who didn't have PCCB.
