Default Help Identifying GT3 Lower Control Arm Monoball

All,

I need some help identifying the inner bush/bearing end of a 996 GT3 Lower Control Arm.

Pictures included, this looks like a monoball setup to me, the part number is 996.341.541.95

However my OPC has told me that 996.341.541.95 has been superseded with 996.341.441.90, however the latter has a rubber joint as oppose to the mono.

Am I missing something here?

Is the 996.341.541.95 mono design part still available?

Any help appreciated.

Is that a right rear control arm?

996.341.541.95 is the bearing flange without 'bearing'
999.593.067.00 is the spherical bearing

996.331.441.90 is listed as fix.bearing assembly+uniball

I tend to use fvd for comparing parts as they have large images. Here are links to the entire rear arms:

Thats a Cup monoball. Replace it as a pair with new ones. You can get them from PMNA.

Front control arm. - The FVD links are helpful and show exactly what I have, which looks monoball.

However the replacement part 996.331.441.90 is rubber (Picture below) - Have Porsche discontinued the monoball in place of rubber?

997 GT3 Cup parts appear to be monoball, will these fit a 996 LCA? Any issues?

Do I need to buy the complete assembly, image below, or are you able to retro fit the spherical monoball 999.593.067.00 into the cast housing in place of the rubber?

Many thanks, do you happen to have the part number? Is it 999.593.067.00?

Here you go. This is the 997Cup monoball. Part number 997.331.441.9B. Direct bolt on to the 996 arms. You can order these from Porsche Motorsport.

Many thanks for your help

I also found this link which has parts lists (PET), diagrams and service info on several 996/997 GT3 Cup cars, it may be of use.
