I don't see any critical overrevs. All good for a 996 GT3. Which leads to the question - what car is this? Might also consider posting in the right forum for additional discussion (although I don't see a real need for that given all the zero counts).

Car looks like it was driven pretty mundanely for (what I would guess) around 25,000 miles.

Range 3+ don't apply to a 996.

55 counts in range 1 is nothing

Are those misfire codes current? Might need coils and or plugs.
