Default Cup front splitter - best current source

Please let me know your thoughts - will be ordering as many as can be fit in a single shipping box.

Can anyone share the P/N?

Cheers

Matt

So Matt, you finally got one. Congratulations.

You might want to check out the Joe Toth fiberglass splitters. He is in Canada and, as you know, with the Can/US exchange rate these days, it's a big deal.

I bought 2, one as a spare, but have had the same one on the car for 4 years now, and it's holding up fine.

Just search for Joe Toth on here.

This is going to be fun!

PS - Gert sent me his remaining stash of cup splitters... planning ahead.

Cheers

Reviving an old thread: I need a replacement 996 cup spoiler lip in Chicago. I can find it at several online sources (Sunset, Suncoast, FVD, some others I can't recall now) for $150-$190 but shipping to Chicago is another $175. I called a couple of them but they had no alternative shipping means to offer. Local Porsche dealers can't order this Motorsport part for me. Anybody have a tip for me, in particular someone in the Midwest?

Shipping for stuff this size is a killer. Look at the 3-piece Joe Toth splitter at Demonspeed. Looks really nice and the size allows normal shipping rates.

I bought 2 of them from FVD because of the shipping cost. Figured it would save me the next time I need one. Shipping to me in Colorado was close to $200....crazy b/c the package only weighs like 5 lbs, just large.

WTH? 200 bucks to ship to Chicago? It’s not going to Greenland! I just ordered from sunset a few weeks ago and I think the shipping was like 20 bucks!

You should have let me know Nick. I’m local to you and have 10 spare Cup splitters on the shelf in my basement.

Damn....well given my current rate of "farming" excursions it won't be long before I hit you up! Cheers!
