Unsure about the WA car but it wasn't around too long at $109k so would guess it was sold for not far off asking price. Only guessing though.
In regards to the yellow one I know it was sold for a 'little less' than asking price of $149k.
I have had a small argument (which I think I've won) with Shannons and I believe they will now agree to insure my car for $150k.
All of that said the market is nowhere near as hot for our cars as it is for 911 SCs for $80 - $90k and it will be interesting to see where things head in the next 6 months with the heat coming out of the market generally and the world economy looking more bearish. Having tracked mine on Sunday gone by, if pricing comes off they are an absolute bargain in terms of how unreal they are to drive versus cost.

150K is justified in this market ,,,,you are struggling to get one at the moment ,,,let alone a low mileage mint car ,,,,,,the insurance company,s have to come to the reality that this is what they are worth .....

Haven't seen a 997.2 come up for sale in a while just to see how they go... Mine will likely only leave my lifeless hands
I probably need to revisit insurance value too...

I had the opportunity to purchase this car around 12 months ago for $105K.......at the time we were building a new home and I was short on storage space so I decided to wait till we finished the build...As I didn,t want to put the car in storage
What a mistake that was ,,,,,,as prices have risen sharply as we know ,,,,,still kicking my self for missing the boat

So after too much referring things to supervisors and being asked a bunch of questions Shannons have finally agreed to $150k on the GT3 and also $150k on my 993 Carrera S (Tip so not as expensive as the manual).

Interesting. Only $25k more, 25k klms less and next gen 997 compared with the SY 996...
Which would you take?
