Were you able to order the ceramic puck by itself?

you cannot order just the puck. the only way to get those is in the PMNA rebuild kits which are sold per caliper, and include the pistons/pucks, inner seals. Do not include outer seals.
You can try calling around race shops to see if they have any around.

I don't need it. Just curious for the OP. Just in case if something like that happens to me down the road. But thanks for the info!

The ceramic puck, you mean? Or the metal piston?

The entire piston, I gave them height and diameter. I only replaced the entire piston for the one with broken ceramics.
New piston is all titanium.

I see. So the new piston replaces the combination of old piston + ceramic puck.

Yes, correct, solid piston and no more ceramics. You can buy individually Pistons from Zeckhausen or you can buy the full kit from performance break

Why doesn't the part descriptor list 996 GT3?

This chart is pretty helpful for piston sizing. PCCB and GT3 have different sizing.
Does anyone's dealership stock puck holders? (pn 997.352.086.91)

I have had it on the track twice now. Great feeling, much more stable under breaking. I have guards LSD so it was good before, but now it is great and so much stopping power. Highly recommended

So, if you go from 330 mm to 350 mm in the rear, do you need to shim the caliper up? Or is it a direct fit?

Yes, you need to add a dog bone shim.
