Default is a slightly loose/rattly engine deck lid normal?

Hi guys,

as some might know, I picked up a GT3 a few weeks ago, and until I have my first track day with it in about a month, I have been getting familiar with the car and trying to freshen up anything that needs to be freshened up..

With that said, I noticed that when the engine decklid is closed, you can still pull it up or push it down a bit with very little force and get it to rattle (I know, I know, I bought a GT3 so shouldn't be concerned with rattles, and I am perfectly OK with rattles if they are "normal" or supposed to be there, but if it is something that can be fixed or if it is actually an issue I would like to take care of it).

So for those of you with GT3s, is this normal, or no? If it isn't, and anyone has any opinion on what it may be, I am all ears. thanks in advance!

Mine's got some play, probably a quarter inch or so. Haven't checked to see if there's any adjustment possible. It doesn't bother me.

There are two adjustable (screw) rubber stops on both sides of the deck lid.
