I also am prone to motion sickness.....

I have had good luck with ginger gum taken right before each track session. Ginger was recommended to me by a helicopter pilot and it works well for me. I also use the wrist pressure point bands and a homeopathic oil that you rub behind your ears. I generally use all three items together on track days.

Walgreens sells all three items in most states in the Midwest.



Hope you can keep the 3 - they are great cars.

Beginner/Intermediate skill level - I had trouble after instructor drive and much worse in hotter weather so combination of all comments as above. I now put off a drive with instructor until end of day so that it does not impact my sessions. This has gotten better over last several driving weekends as I have gotten a bit better so slow, steady progress...
