Default RS rear bumper conversion?

I need to replace my rear bumper cover. I am thinking of converting to RS bumper which just removes the bumperetts.

My question is do I need to replace any other parts to do this conversion?

Note: I saw a write up for a 997 gt3 euro conversion rear bumper and the aluminum brace needed to be replaced. Is it the same with 996 gt3?

Any cons to doing this?

You can do it with the OEM rear bumper bar HOWEVER you have to drill out the rivets that hold on the US bumper extensions to make it fit.

Also, if you don't swap to the euro rear bumper bar you will not be able to use your tow hook as the location changes on the euro bumper cover and euro rear bar.
