The verdict is in. My guy is telling me to go with GT3 sways and I quote:

"I think you should go with GT3 bars. The weight savings is nice, but my larger concern is the size of the rear bar. 24mm for the H&R sway is huge, and was probably designed to counter the 4wd induced power understeer that most Turbo owners were seeing on the track.

Porsche generally uses soft bars and stiff springs to control roll and if you think about it this makes a lot of sense. Modern shocks let stiff springs ride very well, and soft bars maximize the independence of the suspension".

when you are not in the car, does the car have different wheel well gap as it was setup with ballast?

No, not really. The springs rates are fairly high so that driver ballast does not make much difference. The pics are with 200lbs of ballast I the driver seat. I measured fender heights just to have another reference points and they are:
LF: 631mm(24.84") RF: 633(24.92")
LR: 644mm(25.35") RR: 644(25.35")

GT2 sways have been ordered and will be in on Friday. I didn't realize they are 20lbs lighter for the pair than the solid H&Rs. Thats a ton of weight. Had I known that I would have swapped them a long time ago.

I tried the Eibach front and rear(they also make GMG's swaybars) ...and my car felt off... i installed a rear gt2 sway and stock front.. it felt much better... and yes the weight is huge The hollow GT2 sway is very light.

I did some reading, if the hollow swaybars are done correctly( and i hope Porsche did do them correctly) they are actually stiffer then a solid swaybar that is the same diameter.

Fine tuning on the suspension continues and the times are down to almost 1:58 on NT01s. The rear sway bar was swapped for a GT3 sway and the car is much more progressive and balanced at the limit. Oversteer is very minor and easily controlled. GT3 front Cup uprights are next...
