Default Red shoes

Needed some track wheels for an upcoming Nürburgring trip and found a set of BBS LM with brand new R888s on ebay. They were previously on a white/red 996RS so fitment would be perfect. Took a chance on the colour, think it came out alright, will eventually go to classic gold centres but so far liking the red shoes...

Looking good!

I may have to paint mine too.. they're now silver but I have red mirrors and red cup wing end plates. Would match ok I think. I'll try with your wheels first.. in photoshop of course!

Rouleau junior for FTW!

Stuart, that's a good buy; the LMs are nice and very stong.
Not lightweight but strong nevertheless. I used them for a couple of seasons on an old Audi S3 with great results.

The color doesn't really matter although I have to say that silver would have been better.

Best,
