SMELLS BAD
OK... here is a funny one for you.
The stench of perfume has impregnated my scroth racing harnesses.. after a not so great date. I cant get the stink of this nasty *** perfume out of the harnesses. I removed them and soaked them in water.. then I tried adding dishwashing soap.. let them dry in the air.. still the stink is there. THEN I tried soaking them in wet suit enzyme odor remover.. STILL THE STINK!!!
HELP!

No worries there Johnny! My toy cars are a no go zone for civilians.
About the belts, one can never be too cautious. I wouldn't put ANY cleaner or chemical stuff on them, but mild soap and water. Just like their manufacturer suggests.

Just trying to understand - the glitter came out, so it's just the smell that's left? Try Borax in the wash. It's pretty good at removing odors. It breaks down cat **** enzymes, so I figure it should work the same on perfume as well.

well.. they are sitting outside airing now.. The smell has reduced a bit but still enough to distract me from my driving!! I might try vinegar! It is the passenger side only though.... unfortunately it did not get on the drivers side anti submarine belt area!!
