COTA PCA May 10-12
Well I did the deal, now lets see if I get in. I have my fingers crossed but it has been since fall of 2010 since I have run with them and was approved from Blue to Blue Solo at that last DE with PCA.
Since then I have run with other groups and moved up to Yellow Solo with them and even requested by the owner to move up to RED so he could have more space in Yellow for advancements but I declined at that time to be tested for RED.
Probably a good thing I did since later in the year I changed from a TT to a GT3 and hence a bit of learning curve. I filled out the Notes section with all I could remember doing so I hope that helps.
Anyone else trying to go?
Charles lets get a group to split the cost of the garage if you plan to get one?

I did a track day with about 20 guys from Autodynamica (The Woodlands, TX) on COTA, and it was
incredible.... The do a small private track day, and if it's in your budget, it's a great time... we had
about 20 Porsches, some CUP cars, Ferraris, McClaren, and a few others.. The track is incredibly
smooth, very technical, and if you don't study up to memorize the track layout, the elevation changes
will catch you off guard for turns and the long straight... I'm very much a novice, but it got me hooked...
It's a great time....

Yes Sir, Vonschmidt and I were there in Jan for 2 days. Awsome! Only slight scary thing for me is leaving with a 30-50k bill for dropping oil, coolant or some other minor incidental. Neet to check if my track insurance covers those penalties. I am with Lockton Affinaty.

Would love some contact info on that group you ran with, sometimes we rent tracks for private events and it might be nice to invite you guys.

Registrar just emailed me that "confirmations will be going until Tuesday" . Congrats Charles! My buddy Chris from Austin drives a Yellow/black ACR Viper has been confirmed so keep me posted once you know of garage and I will connect you both one way or the other.
