Leather treated regularly, no wear on driver lumbar on any other part of interior
Interior Perfect
What to fix
I really can’t come up with anything here as the car is near flawless, but I’ll try.
Brake pads are around 60% (see pic), so they may need to be replaced in a couple years.
Tires are good and have been replaced since purchase, but you can look at the pictures and see for yourself.
Oil Change- I’ve put 1,700 miles on the car in the last 9 months since the prior oil change at Rusnak Porsche (Mobil 1), but as Porsche recommends changing the oil every year, you may want to put that into your budget.
Windshield Wipers?- Possibly need to be replaced but not sure as I've never used them.
Bottom Line
This is a VERY CLEAN, low mileage, very well maintained, NON-TRACKED, 100% stock GT3 and is owned by a Porsche enthusiast. It has been meticulously maintained at two renowned Porsche dealerships: Beverly Hills/Rusnak Westlake.
I'm selling because I simply have too many cars and with 4 kids under 15, NO time to drive it! Plus, my wife is tired of having to park her car outside.

I let my wife and two older kids (daughter that drives soon, and my son that thinks he will) know that I sold the GT3 today.
I just took a picture to capture their reactions.
See if you can figure out who is happy to see the car sold, and who is not.

Thanks again to 10psi and everybody else who helped my dream of finding a Porsche come true. Thanks again to Kevin and his family for being willing to part with such a pristine machine. I've already named her Tessa and treated her to a detail and oil change at Porsche she's happier now even though it was raining when we entered Washington
it at least cleaned off most of the bugs.
