The main things the clubsport has that's different is the roll cage, nomex covered bucket seats, and a battery kill switch cut off, no sunroof,also weighs less and probably more stuff I can't remember.
I don't know the world wide production figures for clubsports but its rare here in the uk
All in all, I don't think a CS is lighter than a regular GT2. The full roll cage and the fire extinguisher add weight.
But it is much rarer than a regular one, at least in Europe.
Strangely, it seems than most of the Mk2 996 GT2's were produced in CS version.
