@ powdrhound = I can take pictures at home later - but in the meantime here is an FVD pic I had showing caliper, adapter and disc

If you can do 362 with spacers, then there is no reason you cannot do 380 with spaces, as the caliper is correctly aligned to the disc already - despite the offest mount points - see this pic - moving it outboard is not an issue.

Thank you for the FVD link. Is the caliper adapter bracket shown the OEM Porsche bracket 997-351-505-02?

Regarding the 380 rotor, I thought the same thing as you but it will not work spacing out the 6 pot Gen1 caliper to anything larger than the 362 (6mm spacer). The rotor offset is correct but the problem is with the geometry in that as you space the caliper out further, the bottom portion of the caliper will contact the rotor while the upper part still has a sizable gap. I was just ready to mount up my Get1 6 pots tonight using 15mm spacers with my 380 rotors and ran into this problem. I just sat there baffled and it took me a while looking at the caliper to see the geometry at play as you spacer out the Gen1 caliper. Take a hard look at how the Gen1 6 pots have the offset mounting bolts and you will begin to understand that as the caliper is spaced out it does not do so symmetrically with respect to the radius of the rotor. It's incredibly frustrating when you are so close to getting it wrapped up and you come across a roadblock like this. I am going to have buy the new style 6 pots with the 225mm bolt spacing and use the OEM adaptor bracket. My 6pots will be on sale soon... Lol!

Yup - that is the porsche bracket.

I will have a look when I get a gap at what you are saying re the spacers - got a ton to do before Christmas.
