My wrench asked me to post this for him. He has a complete 04' motor with manifolds and engine harness for $15k. Also has the complete car wiring harness, ECU, immobolizer, keys, etc. This was all from a totaled car here in So Cal.

... and there's a 2004 cup for sale in Montreal with a "blown" engine. Asking $40,000.
Would make a good candidate for a 3.8, but the one for sale on e-bay is going for $26,000 with no ECU.

996 GT3 is not a sequential, it's the exact same setup as what I now have... minus the CAE.
Don't think I haven't thought about it, I would love a cup, but I can't swing 2 track cars. Ideal would be to find a way to keep the GT3, and to get a cup to try it for a bit. Then decide which to keep. This one sure sounds like a good buy though, a good way to get in.
But I love the 996 GT3 so much that selling it would be the major challenge with getting anything else.
