Really watch the rotors that have slots cut all the way through the inner and out edges.
Oftentimes it makes a great stress riser to form a crack. A thought in general -

Ran three sets of ATE's with slotting from insides to outside with zero issues.

No unusual issues with my 3 sets, other than the weight...a few pounds more each. Developed small cracks well before slots were gone.

Update, I am going to go with the 2-piece PFC motorsport slotted rotors for the front and stock for the rear. It's cheaper than the Giro setup for all 4 corners and the rears don't wear very fast anyway. PFC makes a rear but it is not compatible with the e-brake. This is for my 7GT3.

GiroDisc has rear emergency brake provisions. I can't imagine a street, nearly new, GT3 with no e-brake out back.

Correct, Giro does have a rear hat designed to work with the e-brake. PFC's motorsport line though does not make provisions for the e-brake. I'm sure they could design a rear hat for those of us that like the motorsport line for our street cars that need to keep the e-brake but I understand why they don't.

Big fan of the PFC stuff and the PFC fronts with stock rears is several hundred cheaper than the Giro setup.

Thanks for the info Dell. Look forward to one of your cracking write-ups as you must have a good baseline established Keen to hear if the PFC live upto your high stds.

PFC now 2nd just ahead of Giro and porsche originals.
Hmmm....can we get to 100 surveyed?

How much for the PFC setup and through what vendor?

I can't recall the price when I was shopping; I just wanted the rears to match.

I'd like the rears to match too but I don't want to give up my e-brake and I really like the PFC motorsport setup. I'll text with the pricing.

LoL nice - how long did those (OEM?) take to get into that 'cracking' shape?
What's the risk of running them from that point? They can't shatter can they?

I have put 6 days on them but they were already used rotors with some cracking when I started with them. My guess is about 10 days???

Just out of curiosity... Know that you can get cayenne rotors for so much less and they last just as long, why spend the extra money?
