Default help from you guys for the cayman S, PROBLEM SOLVED YOUPPY!

HI guys, i need your help as some of you are porsche mechanic masters!
i also listed this thread on cayman forum and planet 9.

very very strange,

after tarret swaybars and links installed, realignment and new corner balance

the car pulls a lot on the right side by itself, never happened before.

nothing wrong happened between the install and my alignement guy and I have no clue what could be the problem

we disconnected all the links, then front links, then rear links, swap tires side, put another set of wheels. We test drive with links disconnected, zero preload, just everything!

we checked the crossmember, i dont know if something could be bent during the install but everything seem to be good and at is place.

the alignement spec is perfect except the caster it 0.3 degree difference.
we are installing some special rubber in the lower arm to correct the caster and see if it corrects the car but we're not very optimism

anyone can help asap!!!

car: cayman S 2007

Either a sticking brake caliper on the right side or the corner balance got done incorrectly.

Cheers

Before you start to muck with it you should take it back and have them check it on the alignment rack.

Why would he do the alignment 3 times?

problem solved!!! so much happy, my dad has his smile back in the face!

my mechanic was at his shop at 5h00 am this morning, he had an hard time sleeping cause he had no clue what was the problem as the alignment was perfect and all the component were checked.

so he decided to drop the entire front end and reinstall eveything, and guest what, the problem was fixed. the car doesnt pull anymore.
he still has no clue what the problem is. maybe i did something wrong when i installed the swaybars and links myself, but we're glad it is now fixed

thanks god!

thx everyone for your help!
