Time for a GT3?

OT - 996FLT6, I love your car. It pushes all the right buttons. I like the vintage racer look to it. I've been thinking on adding some graphics/numbers to mine, but haven't thought up the theme yet.
Back on topic - I always enjoy these posts as they remind me how much I love my 6GT3 when other owners chime in about theirs.

Do yourself a favor and just go drive one - you'll know if it's the right car for you.
I love mine and I married it last year with how much time and effort I put into it!

Or in the Spring, when everything is still a bit rusty.
Having said this, don't be scared or intimidated by these comments.
I was when I first got the car a year ago, but I shouldn't have. I found the car to be EXTREMELY communicative, and it creates a great partnership between car and driver. You just need to treat it with respect, as you should any high-performance car.

964 owner chiming in.
I had a 6GT3 for 3 months. Best car ever, but just couldn't justify driving it most days. It hauls the driver out in you to be sure! It forces you to make good decisions and rewards you, bad decisions and punishes you. Drive one and you'll pretty much know in 5 minutes if it's right for you. I had the 6 on track and simply adored it and this was a stock car, no mods. I loved taking it up Angeles Crest and flogging it, although at triple digit speeds (which is where it wants to be) brought me too much attention from the CHP.
I sold it and bought a 964 that I've taken to Euro RS territory and enjoy it immensly on most days on and off the track. It's like a good friend that never lets me down. The GT3 was like a hot mistress that was going to screw up my marriage at some point.
I miss it evey time I check in here on the 6GT3 board and read these awesome posts.
BTW 996FLT I never tire of checking out your avitars and your sweet 6!!!
