wow: unless there is a real issue that is a great car. Get a PPI at Penske Porsche. If you do let me know. I know a couple of the techs and will call them.

I looked at this one and made a few offers before getting mine. It looked great and had everything it should have. I would only question the "6" owners. a car that has been bought and sold that many times? I think he was asking mid 60's. This was back in june or so. Great looking. Check on cars.com, I think it is also on there.

On the eye bolt, if I remember the Porsche tech bar attached there. Maybe they went from it to a bar mounted atop of the dampers? Since there would have been a hole in the carpet they just put the bolt in???

Down to 58k on the dealer site. 6 owners ?
That nearly one a year.
At least ONE of them had to be here no ?

As my first GT3 was red with PCCB, I keep going back an looking at the pictures. What a great car. One of my many poor decisions during my long life was selling that car.

They coulda put a plastic push in tab to cover that hole much like those ones on front trunk area. That eyebolt is an eyesore. I don't mind the cutouts at all since its ready to put- a tied to the rear shock tower rollcage. But they shoulda bought a new piece and give that extra piece as part of package. Mike

Did not say it was a great idea. I harvested carpet from another location and patched it and that worked fine.

yes it was. VIR with H.H. in the passenger seat. A british shoe lifted the top of the rise prior to T10(i think) into the tires with 3 corner damage. The story from an Alex Jobs (you know him) guy that saw the crash said H.H was so pissed that he took out another car, put the british guy in the right seat... after 3 laps the passenger threw up.

Because of that I got a great deal on my GT3- New car title, perfect work, GEN II PCCB rotors that were perfect after 25,000 track miles. I wish I kept it. By the time I sold it the car was sorted out. Way faster than the stock 997 GT3.
