I finally got some pics of the seats today. The Gt3 ones anyway. They're a little beat up and scratched on the backs, but nothing that can't be squared away by painting the seat backs. The leather is a little wrinkled but looks pretty good.

Unfortunately he will not ship them. I offered to pay shipping, he declined.

Which is amazing considering he is in the middle of nowhere Arkansas. And yes it's in the middle of nowhere. I am familiar with the area as my undergrad girlfriend was from mountain home and my wife went to Arkansas.

Two uhaul wardrobe boxes and a max of $200 to ship and 1 hour of his time. I have sold 3 sets of GT3 buckets of the years and it's nothing to ship them. His choice though.

Something to consider on shipping. Been there several times with mixed results. Please don't yell at me....

Suggestion:

The last few large things- and, yes, a set of mint 6-2 factory sport seats [my 6-2 only had the factory buckets]...

Shipping was via the U-Haul boxes and a lot of extra padding throw in.. and..and.. and.. please sit down...
Greyhound. You can insure them and you can ask for priority, as I recall. Haven't done this in a while now. Main reason for priority- is you can get an ETA, tho I haven't bothered. Most issues seem to be buyer's going nuts waiting. Greyhound always make cargo on a space available basis. I have never had loss nor damage. ALways reasonable shipping times and they call me when they arrive. Only downside is both parties must respond to the nearest station for the deal to work. The cost savings has been well worth it.
