Default FSR PCA VIR DE Video

So I finally opened a Vimeo account and uploaded a video. This was my second to last run on Sunday. Went out with Tom (horizontally opposed man) right behind me. This was my first time out on the Dunlop Slicks I bought, so first two laps are very slow as I'm trying to bring them up to temp and feel them out. Afterwards I'm trying to go a little faster. Fun run with lots of traffic - not good for lap times, but very entertaining.

Oh, and don't crucify me too bad for my driving. I was braking a bit early and trying not too push it all the way. This was a Green student in the car, so couldn't go too crazy.

cool video.
Looks like the slicks were doing the job... Your passenger's feet were flailing around like fuzzy dice.

Car sounds sweet! Fun video. Not a big fan of the shuffle steering though.

Dunlops are pretty good, but with a 250 front tire I was getting understeer. I ran a 265 front Hoosier a few sessions before hand and car was really hooked up.

Himself - oddly enough I never shuffle in my BMW, but in this car steering is so responsive and quick it seems to work.

Vic - I'm only a short flight away if you want to relive the past and take her for a spin!

Take a click of rebound out of the front to cure the understeer with the 250's

Thanks for the offer but if I drive her again, I'll buy her back

Alex, great meeting you there, and nice seeing the Vic special finally! You and the car looked (and sounded) smokin fast.

Thanks - same here and way to stick with it given the circumstances!

Thanks for the compliment - this car really amazes me every time I try pushing it more and more. I think put a guy like Leh Keen in it and it will go sub 2.

Dave - I'm using a standard ChaseCam setup, no external mike. Works very well. Exhaust is basically stock with muffler deletes. Everybody loves the sound, myself included and significantly cheaper than aftermarket exhaust systems.

Fatih - thank you and will definitely meet up next time!

like everyone has said...sounds great. nice video. how do you get 265 hoosiers in the front? Offset on rims dramatically different than stock? too bad about the traffic. you probably would have turned some very nice laps.
