We will catch up together and make a day of it. I have several more days planned there and I want to make a point to see the Fall Line machine anyhow.

Great story, Michael. Hoosiers definitely have grip. Amazing tire. Wish the grip lasted longer.

Great story. Thanks MB.

"...There is something wrong with my new car..."

BTW, not sure that the MPSCs have any more "rain ability" than the Hoosiers...

Yeah, your prolly right, but at least the Michelin or the other choices avoid what looks to me like a certain death wet tread pattern of the Hoosiers.

I do remember crawling home in a spring shower on my MPSC's years ago tho'...

^ Whenever I need reassurance about the cups in the wet, I tell myself that they can't be that bad since they do come as OE on the new GT3/RS. Of course, those are the 19" N spec, which are apparently "much" better in the wet, but still...

Hoosiers suck in the wet. Really bad.

Yes, that's me (in my previous car) getting passed by a Range Rover.

Similar, but still different tire isn't it? I thought the N-Spec MPSC+ slotted between a PS2 and a MPSC.

The 240Z in the photo is very well driven. The owner has put in a full cage and dogbox and regularly broke all sorts of parts in the engine and drivetrain due to the stock 6 being turbo and supercharged. Now the car has an LS1 Vette engine and both speed and reliability have taken a big jump higher.
