Yeah man - that is pretty bad.

Just spent my first day at VIR with her and turned a 2:05. I can only imagine what it will be like with fresher rubber and more time, plus less traffic. Not bad
for a "Honda"!

Man, wasn't it just a few days ago that you posted something like "what is it about these ....... cars!" and in large font saying "I NEED ANOTHER GT3 NOW" or something to that effect?

Save the boost for the street!

Actually I like how thee faithful goes in defense of the 6gt3 but give up guys- I think Dell wants to get a rise from us guys and see how loyal we are with the 6. If not- I'll provide the tar and feathers : ). Mike

Sadly I understand. Get used to turbos, and the 6gt3 go-pedal becomes quite lame. Plus high-HP N/A cars just don't have that amazing slingshot feel that a turbo gives as it spools.

Its everything aside the power in the 6gt3 that's much better

Boost will do that to drivers. It can even make us forget for a moment how special the GT3 is. I have a history of Boost abuse that I am still trying to overcome. I understand the addiction.

The problem is I don't get to the track much anymore, don't push too hard when at the track, and have really got used to hitting the boost crack pipe. It was a shock when I dropped the throttle to the floor in the GT3 after climbing out of the Turbo and wondering where the acceleration went. I quickly realized that it's not the accel that the GT3 shines, it's the decel and cornering. That's where races are won and that's where the driver is rewarded most. That is what makes the GT3 special and what stirs my soul. The problem is my soul is on vacation with two little boys and a track addition that has been moved to the back burner.

But, as long as I keep hitting the boost crack pipe and seeing the smiles and "weeeeeeeeee" sounds when cruising around town, it's all worth it to take this detour from 3 land.

Only those with a GT3. You either buy one or you're friends with those that let you drive them

Me, too, and I admit it. But until someone buys my toy, I'll enjoy it.

If I had the disposable income, trust me, I would have added another one by now. If I was thinking a tick more clearly, I would have sold the wife's 996CAB and bought a Turbo CAB and a GT3. She loves having the drop top way too much or I'd just give her my Turbo and get the GT3 now.

Dell. I have 2 and 4 yr old with no family around to help. I still manage to get my gt3 to the track 1 (and only one) day a month to the track. Still spend lots of time with the kids I think u should sell the turbo. Get the gt3(that yellow one lct Ramos looks nice) and start pushing the gt3 again. it us a very special car. Could gave bought 997 gt3 I have driven both and I like the one I bought better.
Just do it!

Yeah! I bring my little guys all the time. Just hand 'em a wrench - they will be fine.
