I luv 'ya Dell but there are other reasons NOT to have full leather. While I agree that I like the look of the leather a lot, I searched for a car WITHOUT full leather - as I wanted the essence of the car that I adore - the '73 Carrera RS. And to lather my GT3 with leather I felt was not in the spirit of things. I think my cars option package reflects what a GT3 is all about. Its all about the speed, leather not required.

But totally stock, no goodies, standard miles will command mid 50's.
Again... Luv'ng you big daddy, agreeing with you on seeing cars like mine (fantastic examples - 297 points out of 300 kind of cars) sell recently in the sixties. I do think that the 200 mile white '04 gem we have all seen could sell to the right guy for seventies.

Perfect cars will always demand real money. There are just fewer buyers for real deal perfect cars. Most people will settle - then there's me.

Totally agree. And if they brought us the GT3RS then I would have been all over spartan and austere interiors like sans leather. By the way, did you have ABS removed?

As for the pricing, my rationale is based on what the market is setting right now and to be honest IMO it should be higher. These cars are pretty damn rare and should commend more than they do right now. Fookin' economy! But, the vast majority of examples are in the 50s. So yes, I do agree that perfect examples will demand real money (60K+) while every other example is just dealing in averages.

Hey! I tried to remove the ABS! THAT did not work... I mean it, it really did not like that.

I have both the 6.2GT3 and the 7.2GT3. I'd say despite all the fanfare on the 7, I love the 6. I bought the 7 first, but the 6 is the track stunt double and it just feels ...smooth ... ergonomic ...right ...

but for some "7 is the number" .... http://www.viddler.com/explore/loopytube/videos/819/

The 6 is a great car.

I like it because it's pure.

No TC. No PSM. No PASM. Just ABS.

And me.

Better give it the respect it deserves and commands or it will bite back.

Returning back home to Germany with my 6GT3 sometime late next year - looks like I'll have to trade it in for an RS or a MK1 according to you guys
