I've searched quickly but haven't really seen much on this.

Are you guys reading just under 14V, at 14V or over 14V on your dashboard meter.

My car tends to run just over 14V around startup, settling in at just under 14V for most driving conditions. There is a slight fluctuate under normal driving conditions. If I had to guess it would be like .25 volts or something like that.

Yep; start out at 14, then trickles down slightly to 13.6 - 13.8 via my AIM MyChron.
