997 gt2 shifter (mechanism) on 996 gt3?

Is this possible? Im not talking about the leather shifter

but the mechanism. If so, if anyone has the part number please let me know or best place to get the kit. Thanks.

yes

997 424 010 00 but there is no such thing as a 997gt2 shifter..

same shifter used for 997/gt3/gt2 unless you had the IXCZ short shifter option.

ok I will check if the car I tested has the 'IXCZ short shifter option', I tried it last night and it felt really good...thanks!
