Default Sticking clutch pedal when pushing the car

Folks,

I have noticed recently that my clutch pedals sticks halfway having pushed the car especially when driving uphill. I have bleed the clutch and adjusted the cables. At the same time, the master and slave cylinder seems fine and no sign of leaking. Could it be my clutch plate, pressure and bearings wearing out?

I am currently driving the 996 gt3rs and have clocked 130,000 km on it. I have replaced the clutch once at 40k miles.

Any advice?

Driving on normal road conditions is fine even if i drive it fast. The clutch seems fine even when traveling at 240 - 280km/h at revs higher than 5000rpm with regular gear change from 6th to 3rd pending on traffic.
