just had my lsd rebuilt by Matt at Guard to 996 cup car specs for 900$ and no labor as my tranny was out for warranty work...great service mailed out and back within 5 days..will be testing out this wk at sebring...there is a great thread on DIY for the labor

There's a huge difference whether or not you DIY the removal and send it to me for refurbishment or have your local tech do it for you. Depending on the shop rate you can save many hundreds of dollars by DIYing the removal.
