Default Lip spoiler removal?

As a daily, who has just taken the thing off? I hate the scraping...

Yes, I have not put it back on after the track season. So, it came off after my last DE and I did not put on a new one until the next season. You do not need the splitter for driving around town, and without it driving is a little easier.

Considering what it takes to seal it properly (I use rivets + double sided tape + a bead of silicone) it would be a real pain having to reinstall it for every track day. If you track very infrequently, then I can see it being reasonable.

Driving on the street without it is a perfectly good idea. Serge, I use rivets or drywall anchors plus 2 sided tape. For extra security at the track I tape from under the splitter to the front bumper in a few places and no problems. I went the silicone route once and it works great but messy to remove.

It's probably okay for the street, but if you track probably not worth the effort to take it off and put it back on.

+1 on that - tape and rivets good enough for me.
