Larry,

Are you going to be bringing the new Mex Blue 2010? Would love to see that in person!

p/s: you gave me a ride in your midnight blue 996 years ago when it was up for sale.

Yup that's the plan ... I should be there around 10-1030 hopefully in the company of some other GT3's/911's!

Ah yes I think I recall that ride ... 280S???

Regards

Yup a while ago ... sad that the 993 RS did not come to the USA ... I spent a lot of time and money making my 993 C2S an RS ...

Actually the RSA was my "track car" but that was back in the "bubble days" when one could afford to own 2 Porsches:

Speak for yourself. You just need to have them not-so-gently broken in by previous owners (400K combined on the 3 3.6L cars.)

128K on the C4S, 140K on the RSA, 125K on the faux RS. Of which I've only put 10% of those miles. You just don't remember the old days; I'd get an early S in the shop that was 12-15 years old and needed a top end, since it had been 100K+ from its initial rebuild at 80-100K. Guys used to actually drive their 911s!

I sold the Fikses and put the original wheels and seats back in ... and I think the guy I sold it to in Alameda put the original RS wing back on it ...

I'd love to see the car again!

if it has big reds, bilstein shocks, ERP spring plates and monoballs then it is most likely my old car ...

sigh

Longing for the Good Ol' Days when 250HP was still quite enough to get you into trouble???

I present to all the infamous "Larry Line", his interpretation of how an RSA takes T8 at Thunderhill............

Yeah but it does allow you much higher speeds through T8!
