Default 6GT3 Undertray

Was poking around under the car over the weekend, and see some exposed lines. Seems to me I may be missing a portion of my undertray, middle right. I'll post a pic later, but anyone have a pic of the full undertray of a 6GT3?

They get ripped off pretty easily since the GT3 is so low. You may look at the PET to see if you have all of the pieces.

Hey Dell,

I have 6-7 track days in the next 30 days. She needed a new water pump and a press fitting hose popped out on track, lost lots of coolant but got her in the the pits to cool down. She is better now.

Hope things are well with you and the family.

Joe

Thanks Joe, right back at ya!

So you finally did it.....you drove it so much that you wore out a part. Too bad you part of a dying breed.

Those press fit joints to the coolant pump seem to fail on all the 996GT3s. Poor design IMO. Had it on mine and my wife's car too. The darn thing is glued in and eventually the glue lets go.

The dealer is having a problem identifying the part looking at the PET (I'm having the same issue there), and comparing your pic to mine. He thinks there might have been a difference in covers between years, and/or US and ROW cars. I'm just going to take it down so a tech can look at it up on the lift.

Joe (ltc) you have a US 04 correct? Joe (4porsh) has a US 04 as well. There should be zero difference between the two, including the color

No pic to show us what you are talking about?
