Following the instructions for the attached PDF (earlier in the thread) there seems to be a final step missing? When you complete the clutch bleed and tighten the valve... do you manually bring the clutch pedal back to a disengaged position prior to depressurizing the system? Or perhaps after you've depressurized?

I assume that you are using positive pressure at the reservoir to bleed the system (like a motive bleeder).
Pressurize system, push clutch pedal all the way down and HOLD down, open the clutch bleeder valve and bleed the line, close the clutch bleeder valve, the clutch pedal will stay down... so, use your hand to manually and SLOWLY pull the clutch pedal all the way up, then fully depress clutch pedal 5-6 times slowly checking for consistent-firm feel, when done the clutch pedal should stay all the way up, now REBLEED the clutch line with the pedal all the way up to make sure the line is air/bubble free and close the clutch bleeder valve, then move on to bleeding the next area (eg, left rear caliper).
When you're all done and all bleeder valves are tight you can depressurize the system.
Always make sure the reservoir has fluid. Do not entrain air.
