Ebay, sold as an 'extension belt', less than $10 delivered, much less trouble than searching in a junk yard...

Have someone else make the junkyard trip for you. 
I made it known that it would be the perfect birthday present. My father-in-law went to the junkyard and got a couple buckles from a VW Passat for a few bucks.
