Default Brake Tool for easy pad replacement -free shipping for Rennlist members

Finally -- a tool specifically designed to speed and ease the process of removing the pin which holds the spring plate in 996/7 GT3 and other Porsche models so you can replace the brake pads, front and rear.

Do it yourself in seconds!

http://TraqJunk.com for info, photos of the tool, and to order.

I created the tool because I've had so much trouble myself replacing pads in my '04 GT3.

only $49.95 !! FREE SHIPPING for Rennlist members.

Nice work! Personally, I enjoy bruising the crap out of my thumb pressing down while sliding the pad retaining bolt out

very clever! For $80, I'll keep pushing it in with a small drift or screwdriver.

hey !!!

that's why they're called Labor Saving Devices, but it is, indeed, a free country.

u know that flat spring is NOT needed.
cup cars do not have them.
remove it, pads will rattle more and you will feel more like a racer ;-)

look -- we've all cursed out the design of the 996 GT3 pin removal.

So buy the GT3 brake tool and make your life easier.

http://traqJunk.com

Yes -- it costs something but your life will be way easier -- that's why I designed and manufactured it.
Q: How many times per season do we change pads?
A: A LOT !!!

That's the way I roll! Plus it reduces any pad drag on the rotor which if you are trying to get every last mph on track, it's a must.

Default New Lower Prices !! GT3 Brake Tool and more

Listers,

We have lowered prices on our 996 GT3 Brake Tool and Traqmate Carry box.
http://TraqJunk.com. (due to less expensive shipping and manufacturing costs.)

The GT3 Brake Tool greatly simplifies and speeds the process of removing the retaining pin which holds in the pads. This is otherwise a time-consuming and no-fun effort. With the Tool it takes only seconds.
(See the photos on the site and you'll understand.) New price $49.95.

The Traqmate Carry Box is a rugged custom-compartmentalized box designed to hold your expensive Traqmate safe-and-sound as you transport it from/from the track and store it. New price $49.95.

The seatbelt buckle goes in the stock belt receptacle and silences the buzzer/alarm for when you're using your track belts. Works on Porsche, Audi and BMW. Price $24.95.

^ Yep, that's a decent price. I recall getting one from Parts Heaven for about the same.

NO --- 1 is enough; the alarm only chimes when the Driver isn't using the stock seatbelt.

I'll be quite happy to take your order for only 1, but you can buy 2 if you're worried about losing one ....

I think that's brilliant!

The value to me is not chipping paint off the caliper getting the pin through. I think if it had a Snap-On or Facom brand on it, I'd be dumb enough to pay $50 ... for something off the Internet, I'm not sure.
