Default 380 mm rotors with 18''?

I am planning to upgrade the brakes on my 996 GT2. One of the options is to use 380mm rotors in the front but I am not sure if they would fit behind 18'' stock wheels. Anyone that have tried or knows if it would work?

Hi Victor, I am wondering if it will require a new set of calipers and/or radial spacers?

OK..my mechanic told me that it is ok with "BBS racing" wheels but he was not sure about stock wheels. How about CCW or OZ Alleggerita in 18''?

I have BBS e88s their offset is pretty far out and I have no clearance issues. I didn't replace my calipers.

I just got the OZ Allegrita but haven't tried them yet so I can't say. They are sitting in my garage waiting for another set of slicks to arrive

How do you run 380mm rotors w/ the stock 996 GT2/3 setup? Do you use 15mm spacer on the front radial mount caliper?

Interesting.. so you have 380mm up front and 350mm (or 330mm) on the back, in a 6GT3?! Do you have brake bias issue?

The bias is annoying i have to say. I'm going to go with a more aggressive pad in the rear

you need the PCCB calipers in the rear for that size. I've thought about it.

My car is at my garage at the track and I can't take any photos
