Went to my first Porsche specific event yesterday as a Porsche owner. It was a lot of fun checking out Porsches and chatting w/ people. I know as a GT3 owner, I should be reporting back from a DE event
, but figured that you might enjoy some of these pictures as well.
Beautiful location, The Elms at Newport, RI!

I went around and check out the cars.. when I got back to my car, I saw that my twin showed up as well.. I had to do a double take! 2 Carrara White 6GT3 diagonal from each other!

Yes, it was a lot of fun. And most people were very friendly and love to chat about their cars! It was also a great family oriented event. Many showed up w/ their families.
I saw a kid (10 yrs old or so) cleaning up the car preparing for the concours! (car belongs to his dad, but he takes pride in cleaning it!) Got to start them young, you know!
