Default 2004 GT3 for sale $59K

I have a 2004 Artic Silver GT3 for sale with the following mods, $59,000:

14378 miles
Full clear bra on entire front bumper, entire hood, and entire side fenders and side mirrors ($2000)
Europipe with GIAC flash done by Sharkwerks ($5500+ with installation)
2 GT3 Euro Seats ($3000+)
Porsche OEM harness/roll bar ($1000)
Fire extinguisher mounted on roll bar
6 point Schroth harnesses (both seats)
BBS Motorsports rims in stock spec ($5000)
Michellin Pilot Sport tires with good tread
Euro OEM GT3 RS bumper ($1000)
Euro OEM GT3 RS carbon fiber mirror ($600)
Euro OEM GT3 RS carbon fiber rear spoiler ($4000)
Euro OEM GT3 RS Alcantara steering wheels with shift boots and E brake ($1000)
LoJack installed ($500)
Porsche OEM red seat belts with original black seat belts
Porsche OEM battery with OEM charger
Factory options include: Xenon, Climate control, Aluminum look interior and center console. 2 Cup splitters (1 brand new and 1 painted with factory color) & 1 carbon fiber GT3 OEM style spiltter.

997 spare tire and Porsche tool set and jack, tire fits over GT3 brakes unlike the 996 turbo spares, fits in normal spare location. Don’t get stranded driving your GT3 around! ($1100)

No accidents and clean title. Very clean and well maintained with full service record and parts receipts.

Only 1 track done by previous Rennlist owner (ATAN888 here on the forum). I just don’t drive the car much, as I race Spec Miata (2 of them), I don’t do track events, and have a Z06 vette and Cayenne turbo for the daily drives.
I have all stock parts (exhaust etc) except the OEM GT3 wheels and OEM seats.

Thanks. Yes, HANS belts. My orginal idea for buying the car was to do track days instead of racing so I can get the need for speed without leaving my family for 3 days like is usually required for a PCA or SCCA weekend (at least 3 days, longer if not the local track). But I never did that, still racing (including this weekend), just cut back on my number of races per year. Racing is too fun to stop. I know PCA and others require identical equipment in both seats and I will never go on track without a HANS. I have a spare HANS and helmet that I would let an instructor use if they wanted it while in the car.

Bill, that's awesome. I feel the same way and don't like taking people out on track without them having a HANs as well.

PS
I really want your rims. Check your email!

Wow this IS a great deal (and this coming from someone who is also a seller...). If your car doesn't sell pronto I'm shorting everything, it would be a clear sign the economy is uglier than the ***-end of my dog (and after he downs seaweed at our beach walks that gets preeeetty ugly).

best of luck.

GLWS! Can I ask if the spare wheel was for a specific 997 model? Part # would be great if you happen to have it on hand.

What are those wet patches underneath the back of the car in every exterior photo?

Water puddles my good man, the same ones that are under your car after you wash it, you gotta make it pretty for the camera.

Here is a close up of the spare with the part number on it. I'm not sure why it has a 996 part number, but alot of parts in this 997 catalog do. I actually did have a 996 turbo spare from my other car and it didn't fit, but this did.
