Default 99/00 996 PPI in Atlanta

Who do you recommend that REALLY knows these cars?

I work on the earlier cars, but mostly the 944/928's and have a friend that is looking at a 996 and needs a PPI, I want to find him some one that knows more about them than I do.

I am thinking maybe Jack Swint (SP?) at Hennessy Porsche, anybody else come to mind?

Thanks Greg Nettles

I had my 99 996 PPI'd at Jim Ellis. Great experience and they left no stone unturned. Ive had the car a year, 15,000 miles and their diagnosis of everything has been correct.

Another person to call is Mathew at Motorwerks Racing in Cumming. He used to be with Alex Job and is a perfectionist when it comes to Porsches.

Thanks for the recommendation, Tonger. Both, Dieter and Franz are extremely familiar with these cars and can provide an extremely comprehensive PPI for your friend, Greg. We campaigned a 996 GT3 Supercup in the World Challenge GT series in '01 and '02, so we know the cars pretty well.

I agree w/Seth - Matthew at Motorwerks is great. I've used him quite a bit and have never been disappointed.
