when u do PPI, make SURE you do compression and leak down.
i have seen many PPI that doesn't do that. it's a waste of time then.
everything else, i can figure out myself just by driving the car. cking over rev is way overrated. range 2 over rev can be 8800 rpm or 12000rpm or beyond. a bunch of 8800 rpm wont kill you. a single 12000 would be bad. but the computer readout wont tell you that.
i buy the "seller" n ot the car. if i dont trust the seller, no amount of discount will entice me the car.

FWIW, depending upon the year, there are now six different levels of overrev. the PWIS device can tell, and it will tell if it's 8800 or 12000 as i recall
