Easy bolt in and no hassles is hands down the GT3 seats with sliders. It takes no more than an 1 hour to switch. Personally I find the PP fit better (body doesn't like alien ears of GT3) but you gotta shop and buy all the pieces separately and even then, it doesn't work as nice as the GT3 setup.

they are same seats excpet the head rest portion.
once you buy all the sliders and brackets, you are at about same price.

I had the GT3 seats in my car (as you know), and sat the PP. I felt that the PP were wider at the hips. And being such a slim fellow, I like the snugger fit of the GT3 seat.
The GT3 seats sit about 1 or 2 inches lower than the pole position seats; this is due to the mounting hardware. This is a concern for fitting in the car with a helmet.
Thanks for the feedback. They both fit my body really well so it was coming down to wether or not I thought the GT3 seats would be worth the additional $. The mounting hardware brings it close. Looks like I am going to go with those and should I decide to go down the route of buying full set up track car, I can switch back to stock and easily sell them.

the alum side bracket from recaro is quite a bit lighter than GT3 seat bracket. but still, we are talking 1-2 pounds.
however, the slider that comes with euro gt3 seats are butter smooth while the recaro or sparco sliders makes me swear and cuss every time i have to slide the seat around.

But the recaro sliders themselves slide very well cause when I assembled my PP for test fit, everything worked well on my work bench. Once I started to tighten everything up, the sliders became harder to slide. And unlike the GT3 seats where you can slide the seats while being outside the car, you really have to sit in the seats when you want to move them with recaro sliders. The body weight really helps the sliders to move freely.
